Turning

Typical parts include rolls, shafts, cable drums, sleeves, and pressure vessel housings

Milling

Maximum part weight: 65 tons with rotary table
Largest mill has 90-degree right angle head attachment
Typical parts include machined fabrications, bearing housings, pressure vessel components, and crusher parts

Repair and Assembly

Repair and assembly of medium to large mechanical and hydraulic components
Inventory management of piece parts
Reconditioning and remanufacturing of wear parts
Typical assemblies include pinch rolls, table rolls, split bearing housings, and hydraulic pressure vessels

Engineering Services

Re-design of existing parts to improve manufacturability
Reverse engineering and manufacturing of difficult-to-source components
Pressure testing services include hydrostatic, burst, and cycle testing
Engineering team consists of manufacturing engineers, design engineers, and CNC programmers

Inspection

ISO-9001 compliant quality system for machined parts
Inspection equipment includes FARO laser trackers, FARO arm, and Zeiss Contura CMM
Non-destructive testing capabilities include dye penetrant, mag-particle, and ultrasonic testing

Value-Added Services

Partnerships with local fabrication shops to deliver turnkey machined fabrications
Other value-added services include heat treating, plating, painting, balancing, splining, and grinding
